Statutory Declaration Under The RTI Act 2005
Section 4(1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 cover the statutory declaration of Dr. Narayanrao Chate college approved by New Delhi and affiliated to Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. The college has a Governing Body and college development committee as per regulation made by the government from time to time.
college comes under “Unaided-privet” category; therefore, financial transactions are audited by the auditors. The college has different institute level Calles / committees to maintain all type of discipline in the campus. All the cells committees of the institutions are under statutory Bodies. The applicants are required to submit their applications under the RTI Act along with a postal order/ demand draft for RS. 10.00 (or the applicable at the time) obtained in favour of principle, Dr. Narayanrao chate college of pharmacy, Chapoli.
